Mayonnaise / Aioli

Warum Mayonnaise kaufen, wenn man es selber herstellen kann und es viel gesünder ist?

In 5 Minuten gemacht und abgefüllt im Schraubglas und im Kühlschrank gelagert einige Wochen haltbar!

 

Zur Vorbereitung: Für ein optimales Ergebnis sollten alle Lebensmittel Zimmertemperatur haben!

 

250g neutrales Öl abwiegen und beiseite stellen.

1 Ei, 1 TL frisch gepresster Zitronensaft, 2 TL Dijon Senf, Salz, Pfeffer 1,5 Minuten bei Stufe 4 emulgieren und dabei das Öl auf den Mixtopfdeckel schütten - das Öl läuft nun in der Zeit tröpfchenweise in den Mixtopf.

 

Bei Aioli 2 Knoblauchzehen als ersten Schritt für 3 Sekunden Stufe 8 zerkleinern und mit dem Spatel nach unten schieben!
