Rinderbraten mit Rotkraut, Kartoffelknödel und Soße

Bei dem Wetter kommt deftiges Essen genau richtig!

Wie wärs mit Rinderbraten mit Rotkraut, Kartoffelknödel und einer leckeren Soße?

 

  • Das Fleisch mit Schmalz anbraten und mit Fond, Rotwein und Gewürzen 2-3 Stunden köcheln lassen.
  • Das Rotkraut (nach Geschmack mit Äpfeln) mit Wein, Essig und Gewürzen 1 Std im Thermomix garen. Zum Schluss Johannisbeergelee unterrühren.
  • Kartoffeln (mehlig) kochen und mit einer Kartoffelpresse zerdrücken oder kurz erkalten lassen und in dem Thermomix immer 250g Stufe 7 zerkleinern. Mit Kartoffelmehl und Wasser zu einer klebrigen Masse verkneten und Knödel formen und 20 min im Wasser sieden.
  • Das Fleisch aus dem Topf, die Soße in den Thermomix und nach Belieben verdicken. Gesunder Tipp ohne Mehl verdicken: Einfach Johannisbrotkernmehl zum Verdicken benutzen. Hier reichen minimale Mengen um die perfekte Konsistenz zu bekommen und ist nebenbei geschmacksneutral um den Soßengeschmack nicht zu verfälschen. Im Thermomix entstehen keine Klumpen - einfach auf Stufe 5 für 10 Sekunden verrühren.

Ein super leckeres Essen, dass man super am Wochenende kochen kann und der ganzen Familie schmeckt! Eure Nadine

    My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong none the less.
